• IP consult + records review: confirming your medical plan and embryo status
• Surrogate medical screening: labs, ultrasound, history review, and clinic clearance
• Cycle planning: coordination for medications, monitoring, and transfer timing
• Transfer + early milestones: embryo transfer, beta testing, and confirmation ultrasound

The legal portion is what transforms good intentions into clear, protected expectations—for both you and the surrogate.

In simple terms, the agreement is designed to:

• Define compensation and reimbursements in a clear, structured way
